MAINTiO is a cloud-based Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) designed for businesses and organizations.

• Store and retrieve uploaded content
• Improve system performance and user experience

• MAINTiO does not review, monitor, or validate user-uploaded content.
• All content uploaded by users remains the responsibility of the customer or organization.
• We store files securely using private cloud storage and provide access through time-limited signed URLs.

• Data is hosted using secure cloud infrastructure (including Vercel, Render, and Supabase).
• Uploaded files are stored in private storage and accessed only through signed URLs with limited validity.
• We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

User data may be accessed by:

• The individual user
• Authorized administrators of the user's organization

Authorized employees of Actforce Engineers Private Limited strictly for:

• Technical support
• System maintenance
• Security
• Legal or compliance obligations

Access is limited and controlled.

Currently, MAINTiO is offered free of charge.

In the future, paid plans may be introduced. When payment processing is enabled:

• Payments will be handled by trusted third-party payment providers
• MAINTiO will not store sensitive payment information directly
• Relevant updates will be reflected in this Privacy Policy

We retain personal and organizational data:

• As long as necessary to provide our services
• To comply with legal, operational, or security requirements
• If you discontinue use, data may be retained for a reasonable period unless deletion is requested

• Users may edit their profile information at any time.

• Deletion requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, subject to legal and operational requirements.

MAINTiO is intended for business use.

Users should be:

• 18 years or older, or
• Use the service under the supervision or authorization of their organization

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We rely on third-party infrastructure providers for hosting, storage, and delivery.

These providers process data only as required to deliver their services to us and are bound by appropriate security obligations.

We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or governmental authority, or to protect the rights, safety, and property of MAINTiO, its users, or the public.
