• MAINTiO is a decision-support and management software.
• It does not provide professional, mechanical, safety, or operational advice.
• All decisions, actions, and outcomes based on the use of MAINTiO remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

MAINTiO accounts are owned by the organization or company, not individual users.

Individual users access the platform under authorization granted by their organization.

Organizations are responsible for:

• All activity performed under their accounts
• Ensuring users comply with these Terms

Organization administrators may:

• Invite, remove, or deactivate users
• Assign roles and permissions
• Access all organization data within the platform

MAINTiO is not responsible for internal role assignments or access decisions made by administrators.

You agree not to:

• Misuse, abuse, or disrupt the platform
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems or data
• Reverse engineer, copy, scrape, or exploit the service
• Use MAINTiO for illegal or unauthorized purposes
• Upload malicious, infringing, or unlawful content

• MAINTiO is provided on a best-effort basis.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

MAINTiO may suspend or terminate access with or without prior notice if:

• There is misuse or violation of these Terms
• There is a security or operational risk
• Required by law or legal authority

Users may stop using the service at any time.

Account or data deletion requests can be submitted via support.

• MAINTiO is currently offered free of charge.
• Paid plans or premium features may be introduced in the future.
• Pricing and terms may change with reasonable notice.
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

• Customers are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and integrity of data they upload.
• MAINTiO does not review or validate user-uploaded content.
• We are not responsible for outcomes caused by incorrect or incomplete data.

While we take reasonable steps to protect data:

• MAINTiO does not guarantee against data loss
• Customers are responsible for maintaining independent backups of critical information

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• MAINTiO shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses
• This includes loss of profit, production downtime, equipment damage, or data loss

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Actforce Engineers Private Limited from claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

• Your misuse of the service
• Violation of these Terms
• Data or content you upload
• Actions of users under your organization's account

• MAINTiO is intended for business use.
• Users should be 18 years or older, or use the service under organizational authorization and supervision.

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Updates will be posted on the website
• Continued use means acceptance of the updated Terms
